Yes.

Where are you based?
We ship from Thailand and China.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible, so any modification/cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests made after this period will be declined. Your order can, however, be returned for a full refund upon receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holiday and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 1 to 3 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are in euros and do not include taxes, which means you may need to pay customs duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related fees may be charged when your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs service. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the items I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you received incorrect, missing, or defective items. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue promptly.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will post to your account. If you haven’t received a refund for your return yet, here’s what you need to do: contact your bank or credit card issuer. It may take some time before the refund posts to your account.
